About COMPANY BACKGROUND
DEL ESTATE ENTERPRISE was established in 2009. We are professionals in REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS such as land sales, leasing, property evaluation and sales, including other related REAL ESTATE SERVICES.
We are Real Estate Development Company founded on the vision of providing affordable and quality housing to Nigerians at home and in the Diaspora, trusted and outstanding brand as well as a household name with the slogan “HOME PROVIDERS” in the housing industry. Our watchword is “INTEGRITY AND DILIGENCY”.
We have over 5000 client based individuals, which cuts across Nigeria and in Diaspora. So far so good, we have provided properties and also delivered such to our clients in various parts of Lagos and other parts of Nigeria. Presently, we have lands for sale at Papa Lantoro /Shagamu Expressway (Ofada III), Agbara/Igbesa/Alapoti Town in ogun State and Sango – Ifo I and Ifo II (very close to Obasanjo’s house).

It is pertinent to mention at this juncture, that we at Del Estate have been able to operate with integrity and in good faith in the Real Estate industry for over half a decade and we have succeeded in:
Building a client base of over 50,000 individuals which cut across Nigeria home and abroad. We have sold over thousand (1000) acres of land to various companies Delivery and handling over of profession to our clients.
Products/Services Del Daily pay yourself (DDPP): It involves a daily commitment of a fixed amount spread through the specified period of payment.
Del weekly payment plan (DWPP): Weekly payment commitment that makes up the seven days in a week payment. This payment spread through a specified period.
Del monthly payment plan (DMPP): A monthly commitment of a 30th day return that makes up the 30/31 days in a month payment plan.
Del silver payment plan (DSPP): This plan is for clients who want to remit up to a quarter of their payment plan goal or at once. Such plan is to fast track the completion of payment. This package attracts a 2.5% discount on the total sale of land spread through the year.
Del Golden Payment Plan (DGPP): This payment plan is for a pay twice client. A client is afforded the opportunity to pay twice within the time frame of 6 months. This package attracts a 5% discount spread through this payments.This package attracts 10% discount on payment.
Del Building Scheme (DBS): This package is for clients that have completed their payment on the purchase of land and wish to continue payment for Del to build for them based on an agreement signed by them and endorsed by a Lawyer.
Terms and Conditions
The following are terms and conditions that apply for Del to build for a client:
A committed sum of 40% of the total cost for building A consisted and stipulated time frame for completion of payment is stated by the company and agreed by the client. A new Deed of Contract is issued to client after payment has been made for it. There must be consistency in payment plan as that guarantees the Deed of Contract
