Could you imagine working out almost every day and eating healthy to lose 100 pounds, then purposely putting that weight back on again?
It's a crazy concept, right? All of the hard work and progress that you initially put into leading an active and healthy lifestyle would just be flushed down the toilet. It doesn't make a lot of sense from a logical perspective.
But that's exactly what one personal trainer did to help his client lose weight. His story of struggle, triumph, more struggle, and then triumph once again proves that you can do anything that you set your mind to.
Adonis Hill is a personal trainer from New York City.
The guy is clearly super jacked and leads a healthy lifestyle. However, Adonis wasn't always as cut and fit as he appears. He worked extremely hard for his muscular physique.
Adonis weighed 310 pounds at 25 years old.
He was overweight and depressed.
One day, Adonis felt that he needed to get out of the house and go for a walk. His walks turned into jogs, and he slowly began to feel happier and healthier.
Adonis lost 100 pounds.
He began bodybuilding and entering competitions to build up muscle. He also works as a personal trainer, motivating clients to be the best versions of themselves and to never give up, just like him.
Adonis joined the A&E program Fit to Fat to Fit.
The series follows personal trainers and one of their clients as they pursue a weight loss journey. The personal trainer gains weight to motivate the client and must work equally hard to lose the weight.
